Job Description:
The Project Analyst/Manager is responsible for leading and managing projects from start to finish, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders. This role involves working closely with project teams, stakeholders, and external partners to plan, execute, and deliver projects successfully.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Coordinate and lead project team meetings
- Communicate project progress, issues, and risks to stakeholders and management
- Identify and manage project risks and issues, and develop mitigation plans
- Ensure that project deliverables meet quality standards
- Manage project change requests and ensure that they are properly documented and approved
- Track project progress and report status to stakeholders and management
- Facilitate project team meetings and provide guidance and direction to team members
- Ensure that project deliverables are completed on time and within budget
- Develop and maintain project documentation and project management tools
- Identify and manage project dependencies and ensure that they are properly managed
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in project management, business administration, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on IT projects
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Experience with project management tools and methodologies
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- PMP or PRINCE2 certification is a plus
This role requires flexibility, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects and tasks. The Project Analyst/Manager must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and have the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
