Job Description:

The Program Analyst will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and improving programs and processes in order to achieve organizational goals. They will work closely with program managers, stakeholders, and other team members to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze data and identify trends and patterns to evaluate program performance
  • Develop program plans, budgets, and performance metrics
  • Identify areas where resources can be allocated more effectively
  • Assist with the implementation and monitoring of programs
  • Develop policies and procedures related to program management
  • Communicate with stakeholders and other team members to gather information and provide updates
  • Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of new or existing programs
  • Provide support for the development and submission of grant applications and reports

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as business administration, public administration, or computer science
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in program analysis or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and data analysis software
  • Strong project management skills
