Financial Services Product Manager

Job Description:

The Financial Services Product Manager will be responsible for leading the development and management of financial products and services offered by the company. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to identify market opportunities and develop new products that meet the needs of customers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and management of new and existing financial products and services
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product strategies and roadmaps
• Develop and implement go-to-market plans for new products and services
• Communicate with stakeholders and other team members to gather information and provide updates
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management
• Assess and evaluate the performance of existing products and services
• Provide support for the development and implementation of pricing and packaging strategies
• Train and mentor other team members on product management best practices

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management in the financial services industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and product management software
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with market research and customer segmentation
• Knowledge of financial products and services
