Job Description:

The Finance Process Analyst/Manager will be responsible for analyzing, evaluating, and improving finance-related processes and systems in order to achieve organizational goals. They will work closely with finance team members, stakeholders, and other departments to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze finance-related processes and systems to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement
  • Develop and implement process and system improvements to increase efficiency and effectiveness
  • Collaborate with finance team members, stakeholders, and other departments to gather information and provide updates
  • Communicate with stakeholders and other team members to gather information and provide updates
  • Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management
  • Assess and evaluate the effectiveness of new or existing processes and systems
  • Provide support for the development and submission of budget and forecast reports
  • Train and mentor other finance team members on process and system improvements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in finance process analysis or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and finance-related software
  • Strong project management skills
  • Experience with process mapping and process improvement methodologies
