ERP and EMP Solution Architect/Modeler

Job Description:

The ERP and EMP Solution Architect/Modeler will be responsible for the design and implementation of enterprise resource planning (ERP) and enterprise master planning (EMP) systems. They will work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, operations, and finance, to develop and implement solutions that meet the needs of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement ERP and EMP systems that meet the needs of the organization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and develop solutions
• Develop and maintain the architecture and design of the ERP and EMP systems
• Communicate with stakeholders and other team members to gather information and provide updates
• Generate reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management
• Assess and evaluate the performance of existing ERP and EMP systems
• Provide support for the development and implementation of data integration and migration strategies
• Train and mentor other team members on ERP and EMP best practices
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in ERP and EMP solution architecture or a related field
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ERP and EMP software
• Strong project management skills
• Experience with data integration and migration
• Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
